$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install dotclear 

dotclear is installed in your system.

Make ensure the dotclear package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dotclear *

You will get with dotclear package name, version, architecture and description in a table

dotclear package basic information:
